  • Lead the development of each brand's creative universe.
  • Define product concept frameworks (problem-solution, ritual, mood, lifestyle, or emotional benefit) before copy and design execution.
  • Create end-to-end campaign concept, including campaign idea, narrative arc, hero message, emotional hook, and experiential angle.
  • Lead co-branding and collaboration concepts, ensuring strong narrative alignment between brands.

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in communication, marketing, branding, creative strategy, design management, advertising.
  • 4-5 years experience in brand creative, concepting, or creative strategy roles within beauty, personal care, fragrance, or lifestyle industries.
  • strong background in brand storytelling, product concepting, and campaign ideation
  • experience work closely with copywriters, designer, and brand manager
  • ability to think both strategically and creatively, translating business objectivea into compelling brand concepts.
