Coordinate with creative and packaging teams for artwork revisions and approvals.
Ensure alignment with brand identity, values, and premium positioning.
Assist in pricing, margin, bundling, and SKU planning.
Monitor product lifecycle and recommend improvements or phase-out.
Prepare product decks, training materials, and claims support.
Support product launch and cross-team handover.
Manage timelines, vendors, and documentation.
Monitor post-launch performance and provide improvement insights.
Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Business, Comunication, Product Development, or related field.
1-3 year experience in beauty/personal care/lifestyle brand, FMCG product innovation, brand marketing or produc development. Fresh Graduate with relevant internship experience may be considered.
Strong interest and analtytical skills.
Good copywriting and commuication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English).
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and project.
Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
Plus point: knowledge in fragrance notes, formulation basics, packaging material.
