- Education/training strategy and action plan with excellent execution to drive business growth while ensuring the right fit approach within brand values.
- Review and identify/initiate Education programs that are relevant and fit with business strategy.
- Prepare the training module.
- Conduct the training session and follow up on the results regularly.
- Evaluate training results, coaching, and developing Beauty Advisor in each store.
- Evaluate the success of training to develop further training needs.
- Being in the field regularly to execute the designed training for the sales team and raise information to create further training needs.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, standards, and procedures.
- Assists the Brand Team in launching events, principal store visits, and other team activities.
- Prepare and submit monthly training reports.
- At least 2-3 years experience in the beauty industry, preferably. within the Fragrance, skin care, beauty, make-up, and haircare category.
- Excellent knowledge/experience in retail business.
- Strong interpersonal, communication & coaching skills.
- Experience in building effective teams.
- Creative, proactive, and high motivation in work.
- A results-driven achiever with ambition, motivation, and dynamism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power Point, Zoom.
- Has a positive work attitude, sociable, and fast leamer.
- Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
