Description

Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies and procedures that promote a fair and equitable work environment

Manage compensation strategies, including salary structures, bonus programs, and benefits packages to attract and retain talent

Ensure compliance with all compensation regulatory requirements and conduct market analysis to stay competitive

Oversee the end-to-end processes for payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation

Utilize HR analytics to generate insights into workforce performance and opportunities for improvement

Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on HR initiatives, challenges, and metrics

Manage talent acquisition strategy to attract top-tier candidates, enhancing the organization's reputation as an employer of choice

Design comprehensive training and development programs that foster employee skills, knowledge, and career advancement

Develop an effective performance management system that includes goal setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews

Leverage HRIS and emerging technologies to streamline HR processes, enhance data management, and improve the employee experience


Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree or possess HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, alongside a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Familiar with HRIS, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Project management skills, with a knack for driving initiatives to completion
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Expert in compensation benefits, labor laws, performance management, and employee relations.
