Description
- Lead the operational department and ensure operational activities run according to applicable standards & procedures.
- Manage, monitor, evaluate & analyzing operational activities related to Security, Parking, Housekeeping, and Retail Operations, and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Conduct performance reviews for each staff to motivate and provide clear direction and support.
- Coordinate work with internal parties as well as with external companies (outsourcing or government).
- Develop a work plan & operational annual budget.
- Implement changes and improvements required by management.
- Coordinating and supervising the work of external contractors and service providers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of maintenance and repair services.
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the same position for operational building/mall management or related field.
- Able to analyze and solve operational management problems.
- Have good relationships and good interpersonal communication.
- Having strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willing to work under shift schedule and public holidays.
