Description

  • Meeting with clients to establish requirements, finalize contracts, and upsell services.
  • Developing detailed event proposals, timelines, floor plans, and budgets.
  • Organizing catering, decorations, audio-visual equipment, and staffing, according to Accor Group and Prospects.
  • Supervising setup, managing the flow of the event, troubleshooting issues, and overseeing breakdown.
  • Achieving revenue goals by optimizing space usage and offering enhancements. Ensuring all events comply with health, safety, and legal regulations.

Requirement

  • A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, hotel management, or a related field is often preferred, but relevant experience is highly valued.
  • Previous experience in hotel event planning or hospitality management.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail, capable of working under pressure.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
