Define campaign pillars across ATL, BTL, digital, retail, and events.
Lead co-branding and collaborations, ensuring strong narrative alignment.
Work with PR, Marketing, and Partnerships to maintain cohesive storytelling.
Act as a bridge between Brand, Creative, and Marketing teams.
Provide clear briefs and direction to copywriters and designers.
Review outputs to ensure alignment with concept and brand intent.
Oversee multiple brands, ensuring distinct identity while balancing innovation and consistency.
Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Communication, Marketing, Branding, Creative Strategy, Design Management, Advertising or related field.
6-10 year experience in brand creative, concepting, or creative strategy roles within beauty, personal care, fragrance, lifestyle, or fashion industries (multidicipliner).
Strong background in brand storytelling, product concepting, and campaign ideation.
Experience working closely with copywriters, designers, and brand managers.
Ability to think both strategically and creatively, translating business objectives into compelling brand concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
Experience from brad side or creative digital/agency is highly preferred.
Portfolio showcasing brand worlds, campaign concept, and product/collection ideation is required.
