Description

  • Support brand strategy, product development, annual plan, and campaign calendar.
  • Monitor product development from ideation to launch, aligned with trends, consumer needs, and brand positioning.
  • Develop brand communication (copy, messaging, storytelling) and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track performance (sales, market share, ROI) for data-driven insights.
  • Support budget management and reporting.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, PR, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in brand management/product marketing/FMCG or retail (preferably beauty, grooming, lifestyle; male & mid–upper segment).
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
  • Understand product development and innovation process.
  • Good project management and multitasking skills.
  • Creative with strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written).
