Description
Support brand strategy, product development, annual plan, and campaign calendar.
Monitor product development from ideation to launch, aligned with trends, consumer needs, and brand positioning.
Develop brand communication (copy, messaging, storytelling) and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track performance (sales, market share, ROI) for data-driven insights.
Support budget management and reporting.
Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, PR, or related field.
3–5 years’ experience in brand management/product marketing/FMCG or retail (preferably beauty, grooming, lifestyle; male & mid–upper segment).
Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
Understand product development and innovation process.
Good project management and multitasking skills.
Creative with strong storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written).
