Description

  • Analyze trends & competitors; generate insights.
  • Translate consumer feedback into recommendations.
  • Support concepting (naming, claims, positioning).
  • Coordinate with R&D, regulatory, supply chain.
  • Ensure timeline, formulation, and cost alignment.
  • Develop packaging content (claims, copy, compliance).
  • Manage artwork with creative & packaging teams.
  • Ensure brand consistency (tone, visuals, experience).
  • Support pricing, margin, bundling, SKU planning.
  • Track lifecycle & recommend improvements.
  • Prepare product decks & materials.
  • Support launch handover.
  • Manage timelines, vendors, documentation.
  • Monitor performance & report insights.

Requirement

  • Bachelor Degree in Brand Management, Marketing, Business, Comunication, Product Development, or related field.
  • 1-3 year experience in beauty/personal care/lifestyle brand, FMCG product innovation, brand marketing or produc development. Fresh Graduate with relevant internship experience may be considered.
  • Strong interest and analtytical skills.
  • Good copywriting and commuication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English).
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and project.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Plus point: knowledge in fragrance notes, formulation basics, packaging material.
